Scott remained with Butt Thornton & Baehr PC until January 1, 2020 when Scott opened his own law firm, NM Workers’ Compensation Attorneys LLC, to put the substantial experience gained at Butt Thornton & Baehr PC as an insurance defense attorney to work for New Mexico's injured workers.
