Luke Callahan Available Now

Luke Callahan is an experienced litigator specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and commercial disputes. He emphasizes hard work and attention to detail in addressing legal issues. A Kansas City native, Luke earned a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he won the Wall Street Journal Award for his work with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2015 and was a published member of the UMKC Law Review. Luke was also an editor for the upcoming “Toolkit for Attorneys – Products Liability” and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2019. Luke has successfully litigated against major companies, including representing states and local governments in public nuisance cases involving narcotic pain medications. He has represented thousands of individuals in lawsuits against manufacturers of defective medical devices and defended Fortune 500 companies in commercial disputes. Luke has both tried cases to jury verdict and resolved matters through settlements, motions, and mediation.
