Lloyd Bennett has proudly served clients in New Jersey since 1987. After graduating from Ithaca College, Lloyd earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and is licensed to practice in Immigration Courts throughout the United States. Lloyd handles all types of immigration, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases in New Jersey. He is a dedicated immigration lawyer and has fought for comprehensive immigration reform in Washington, D.C., where he lobbies for change as a Representative from New Jersey for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He currently serves as the co-chair of the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) Committee, which meets with ICE representatives to discuss immigrations issues that affect the community. Lloyd is proud to have been selected for inclusion in the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers each year consecutively from 2008 to present. This selection is an honor and a testament to Attorney Bennett’s skill and dedication, and less than 2.5% of attorneys in the state are chosen.
