About Livia Chaykin
Livia Chaykin, Esq. focuses her practice on divorce and family law litigation. Prior to joining Chaykin Law Group, P.A., Livia began her practice at a large national law firm, where she handled a range of litigation matters, including commercial and civil litigation as well as family law matters.
During law school, Livia served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Laurel M. Isicoff at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Livia also served as an intern for the Miami Law Innocence Clinic, where she assisted inmates pursue wrongful conviction appeals.
A second-generation Florida native, Livia attended Royal Palm Beach High School in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, where she graduated at the top of her class at 16-years-old. Livia then obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, in just three years from the University of Miami. Livia later obtained her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated 4th in a class of 461 graduates.
