Lisa Saar Available Now

Lisa is an attorney and Registered Nurse who combines her over twenty years of experience in nursing and law in representing, advising, educating and advocating the interests of her clients. Since 2012, she has been in solo practice, concentrating primarily in all areas of Elder Law (such as Probate, Estate Planning, Estate Disputes, Long-term care, Medicare and Medicaid), Social Security Disability, VA disability and Personal Injury. Prior to that, she served for 22 years in the U.S. Navy. Along with being licensed in WA and CA, Lisa holds a MSN in Nursing and maintains a current RN license in WA State. Lisa is admitted to practice in the Washington State Court and before the Western District of Washington in the U.S. Federal Court and the United States Supreme Court. She is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), a sustaining member of NOSSCR; a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is VA accredited.
