I have been practicing in the areas of estate and trust administration as well as estate planning for decades. As the founder of Heritage Law LLC, I work alongside my law partner, Elizabeth Fisher, and our dedicated team of nine to assist clients with a wide range of probate, estate administration, and trust administration matters. Our main office is located in the heart of Heritage Village in Southbury, Connecticut, and we also meet clients by appointment at our satellite office in Cheshire, Connecticut. I am proud to be an Avvo-rated Top Attorney and have been recognized as a Who's Who Top Attorney of North America. I am involved in professional organizations, including the Connecticut Bar Association Estates & Probate section and Elder Law section, as well as the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. Additionally, I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and its Connecticut Chapter. Community service is important to me, and I dedicate my time as Treasurer of Pomperaug Woods CCRC, where I serve on the Board of Directors. In the past, I was a member of the Danbury Hospital Ethics Committee.
