About Lindsee Scherich
A Kansas City native, Lindsee graduated from St. Teresaβs Academy in Kansas City, Missouri and received her Bachelorβs Degree in Womenβs Studies from the University of Kansas, which she used in her work with domestic violence and sexual assault resource agencies from Lawrence, Kansas all the way to Juneau, Alaska.
Lindsee also received her law decree from Washburn University, where she simultaneously earned her Masterβs Degree in Social Work. Lindsee utilized her dual law/social work skills when working with the Kansas Department for Children and Families as well as CASA of Shawnee County. While at Washburn, Lindsee also served as a Student Editor of the Family Law Quarterly and received a Certificate in Family Law.
Lindsee is a passionate advocate for children and families, utilizing her decade-plus experience in social services to provide child-focused legal services to her clients.
