Linda Strohschein Available Now

In practice since 1996, Linda began her career handling Probate Litigation, which brought the realization that properly-drafted Estate Planning documents could avoid conflicts later. That knowledge, coupled with additional experience in Estate Planning, led her to open Strohschein Law Group in 2004. Linda is extremely proud of the amazing team in place 20 years later. Linda is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, one of only 17 in the State of Illinois. Although CELA is not required by the State of Illinois, this title is earned through a multi-faceted process and the attorney must successfully pass a comprehensive certification exam to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Elder Law. Linda is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves as a Board Member of the Illinois chapter. She attended George Mason University and The John Marshall Law School.
