Leon Versfeld Available Now

Mr. Leon Versfeld serves as the United States Managing Partner of the Global Immigration Law Firm of Versfeld & Hugo, LLC. He represents a variety of small and Fortune Companies both nationally and internationally on the hiring of Foreign National Workers, Executives and Specialized Workers; and advises them on Labor Certifications, and all issues relating to Immigration Employment Compliance and hiring practices including I-9. Mr. Versfeld also represents a variety of athletes, scientists and artists with extra ordinary ability in helping them get green cards to the United States. He serves as the immigration counsel to the Major League Soccer team, Sporting Kansas City and has helped similar organizations with visas for coaches and the like. Mr. Versfeld is often asked to speak at national and international Continued Legal Education events where he educates other lawyers on the topic of U.S. Immigration. He often serves as an expert witness in criminal matters educating the Court and parties on the collateral immigration consequences/impact of certain criminal convictions of foreign nationals and his expert assistance has even helped in the settlement of some civil lawsuits pertaining to hiring practices.
