I practice Tax litigation litigating Federal tax cases in the Tax Court, Federal Court and NYS tax matters. Worked for the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel's Office in New York for 14 years litigating tax cases in Tax Court; and also worked in the IRS Criminal Division of Chief Counsel's Office. After leaving the Chief Counsel's Office, I have been in private practice. Education: Graduated Washington University, St. Louis, business school and law school. Graduated NYU Tax Program and received an LLM in Taxation.
