He has served as an Assistant Prosecutor, Municipal Judge, and City Attorney for several jurisdictions., and has over 30 years of trial and court room experience as a defense attorney in private practice.Today, his primary focus is on marijuana criminal defense and cannabis business law. He consults individuals and businesses on regulatory matters and licensing issues related to the cannabis industry, and is recognized state wide as a legal specialist and advocate for a legal cannabis program in Missouri. He is a member of the NORML Legal Committee, and is committed to helping clients navigate the often conflicting and unjust state and federal cannabis laws facing patients and businesses alike.
