Lance Baker Available Now

The Baker Law Firm is the law firm of attorney Lance K. Baker. People living in the East and Middle Tennessee area come to see Lance for honest, no-nonsense legal advice. Lance is conscientious about his work, and he is dedicated to offering legal services to all who seek his help. He works diligently for people who have been injured in accidents, those who have had their civil rights violated and others who face criminal charges. Lance earned his law degree from the Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in 2013, where he was a Dean’s List recipient and was awarded the Abraham Lincoln award upon graduation. This accomplishment followed previous educational pursuits at the University of Tennessee, where he graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in history. Lance also became a licensed Real Estate Affiliate after his first year of law school in 2011. In addition to being an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association, Lance has been recognized for his legal excellence both nationally and locally. He was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 List in 2017 in the criminal defense division and in the organization’s Top 40 Under 40 List for Civil Plaintiff Lawyers in 2018. He was named by Knoxville’s Cityview magazine to its list of Top Attorneys in DUI Defense in 2019. He contributes guest political commentary frequently on WBIR-TV and is a panelist on Fox 43’s “Heavy Hitters” show.
