Kyle McGinn Available Now

A Heartland native, born in Omaha, Nebraska, Kyle McGinn is the fourth generation of respected lawyers in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He has significant jury trial experience. Before graduating with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Prior to entering the practice of law, Kyle worked for a Nebraska Senator in the United States Senate. He maintains an active interest in politics, including serving as Precinct Caucus Chair in the 2020 Iowa Caucus. Kyle joined Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in July 2022, after several years in private practice, to focus exclusively on personal injury cases. He is active in the community, and serves on the as a Director of the PACE Arts Center in Council Bluffs. He is also a past board member of the Council Bluffs Centennial Rotary Club, Impact CB (the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce Young Professional board), and the Omaha Chamber of Commerce YP Council.
