Kyle Johnson Available Now

Kyle Johnson is a partner with the Prosser Clapper & Johnson law firm firmed based out of both Denver, Colorado and Memphis, Tennessee. He has been with the firm since 2016 and exclusively focused on securities and investment related litigation. Growing up just outside of Memphis, Kyle went on to graduate Cum Laude from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Business where he was the Captain of the Men’s Golf team for both his junior and senior year. During his senior season, he was voted to the Gulf South Conference All-Academic Team for his success in the classroom and on the golf course. Kyle went on to earn his J.D. from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2017. During law school, Kyle worked to redevelop the Sports & Entertainment Law Society in addition to being a member of Phi Alpha Beta. Kyle also earned the CALI award (highest grade) for International Business Transactions. Kyle recently moved to Denver, Colorado and spends his spare time outdoors exploring the Rocky Mountains when he is not on the golf course. Kyle is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Colorado state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kyle is a member of both the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.
