Kyle Hannigan Available Now

I help clients address their legal challenges in various practice areas, including complex civil litigation, contract disputes, whistleblower claims, and creditors’ rights. My work covers all phases of litigation, starting from case analysis and initial strategy through to final resolution, whether that involves a decision on the merits of the case or a settlement. At every stage, my focus is on achieving each client’s specific goals through dedicated advocacy and a client-centered approach. I earned my J.D. from Rutgers Law School after completing my undergraduate studies with a B.A. in Law & Justice from Rowan University. While attending law school, I worked as a law clerk at Kang Haggerty, where I gained valuable experience and developed strong relationships with both the firm and its clients. Before pursuing my legal career, I spent eight years in the automotive industry, serving as a vehicle technician and service & parts coordinator.
