KIRK NYSTROM, Attorney Kirk Nystrom has practiced law in Topeka for over 40 years primarily in the areas of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning. He is a lecturer regularly presenting seminars to lawyers, churches, civic and other professional groups on Estate Planning, Probate and Trusts. Kirk belongs to various attorney organizations including the Kansas Bar Association, (Probate Section), Topeka Bar Association, Topeka Probate Bar and Christian Legal Society. He has served as an officer in various community organizations including Shawnee County Community Action, Save the Historic Jayhawk Theater, Church Board, Boy Scouts, School Board, and Christian Neighbor Center (an outreach to the disadvantaged). His wife of 41 years, Karin, is his legal secretary.
