I am the founder of Kirby Drake Law PLLC located in Dallas, Texas. Since 2002, I have dedicated my career to assisting clients in overcoming their intellectual property (IP) challenges, encompassing issues related to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. My primary focus is on the patent process, and I am a registered patent attorney. I have also served as the former chair of the State Bar of Texas Intellectual Property (IP) Section and the Women and the Law (WAL) Section.
