Kimberly Holloway Available Now

I am an attorney based in Casper, Wyoming, where I have practiced law since passing the bar in July 2019, shortly after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law in May 2019. My journey in Casper began in 2003 when my family moved here, and it's also where our youngest child was born. My commitment to my community is deep-rooted. I served on the Casper City Council from 2009 to 2013 and spent over five years on the Casper Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. My involvement extended to other significant roles, including positions on the County Hospital Commission, Recreational Services of the City of Casper, and the Regional Joint Powers Water Board. After my stint in public service, I pursued an undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming in Communications/Journalism, which I completed in 2014. Inspired by my colleague and friend Mary Ann Budenske, I embarked on a legal career, starting law school in the fall of 2016 at the University of Wyoming College of Law. While there, I chose to get my practical experience in the Civil Legal Services and Family and Child Law clinics, where I helped underserved Wyomingites with their legal problems. It was wonderful. For over fifteen years, I have been actively involved with the Poverty Resistance Thrift Store and the PR Food Pantry, dedicating my time both as a worker and a volunteer. This experience has reinforced my understanding of the community's needs, particularly the high demand for affordable legal services in Natrona County. I am committed to assisting clients who might otherwise skip legal representation due to cost concerns, as I believe not all legal matters should lead to exorbitant legal bills. My legal practice focuses primarily on family law and probate, which involves settling estates, among other civil matters. I focus on providing accessible and affordable legal services to those who may forego legal representation because they presume it is cost-prohibitive.
