I am a native Oklahoman. I have practiced law in Oklahoma City for over 35 years with an emphasis on Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate, Elder Law, Ancillary Probate, Estate Disputes, Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Guardianships/Conservatorships and Special Needs Trusts.
I have been recognized as a top probate attorney in Oklahoma City for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
I also have extensive experience in Business and Corporate Law, including the formation of all types of business entities; contracts and contract negotiations; the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate and commercial litigation.
