Kevin Hanratty Available Now

Since Mr. Hanratty’s admission to the State Bar of Nevada in 2001, Kevin has focused on individuals who have sustained serious injuries related to accidents as a result of another party’s negligence. Kevin only represents a select and limited number of clients at any given time in a diligent effort to provide each and every client the strongest, most aggressive, and best representation available. Unlike other attorneys, Kevin does not limit your recovery to the insurance companies’ first offer. Kevin spends significant amounts of time on every case treating each client like they are family. Even after your case is finalized, Kevin turns his attention to attempting to reduce medical liens to provide Clients with additional recovery for their personal injuries. Mr. Hanratty obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in December 1997. After obtaining a scholarship in May 1998, Mr. Hanratty attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. In May 2001, Mr. Hanratty obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree (Cum Laude) from Whittier Law School where he finished in the top 12% of his class of over 200 candidates. Mr. Hanratty also received Whittier Law School’s Intellectual Property Certificate for course work in the areas of Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Trade Secrets. Mr. Hanratty initially worked for a Large Insurance Defense Firm where he concentrated on all aspects of civil litigation including catastrophic personal injury. It was during this time, Mr. Hanratty gained invaluable knowledge of the tactics of large corporate insurance companies in defending personal injury lawsuits. In 2005, Kevin and his wife opened Hanratty Law Group under the premise that a family firm can provide them with the opportunity to be solely client focused. Kevin and his wife continue to work as a team providing each client with the individual attention necessary.
