Kevin Bublitz Available Now

I am a shareholder of Schott, Bublitz & Engel, s.c. My practice areas include business law, real estate law, estate planning and probate. I served as counsel for an array of clients such as: privately held businesses, non-profit organizations, real estate developers and brokers, builders and subcontractors, manufacturers and distributors, employers and employees, lenders, condominium and homeowners associations, title insurance companies, and individuals. Prior to entering private practice, I practiced in the tax department of a national accounting firm. I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association participating in the Business, Real Estate and Estate Planning Sections. I have served on the Board of Directors of several for-profit and non-profit organizations and I serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Brookfield and the Loan Committee for the Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation.
