Hey, I’m Kevin! I am proud to be the managing partner of Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC, where I’ve dedicated my career to serving clients' legal needs in North Central West Virginia. Growing up in Bridgeport, I graduated from high school as a National Merit Scholar, which led me to West Virginia University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an MBA, and my law degree. After law school, I began my career with Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation, eventually joining the law department of Columbia Natural Resources. In 1987, I co-founded the Charleston firm Pierson & Kaufman, where I developed a strong foundation in handling complex legal matters, particularly in the energy sector. In 1992, I returned home to establish what is now Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC. My practice focuses on personal injury law, insurance disputes, and commercial litigation, and I am committed to fighting for my clients with integrity and dedication. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Wanda, and our grandchildren. We love to travel and explore new places, but we always cherish our time at home on our hilltop in southern Harrison County.
