Kelly Swartz Available Now

Kelly G. Swartz practices in the areas of intellectual property and business law. She received a B.S. in computer engineering with high honors from the University of Florida and worked as an electrical engineer before earning her J.D. with high honors from Barry University School of Law. She is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is licensed to practice in the state courts of Florida, the federal Middle District of Florida, the federal Southern District of Florida, and the federal Northern District of Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Brevard County Bar Association, and a board member of the Brevard Bar Foundation. When Ms. Swartz is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Neil, and their three children. While working for GE Harris Railway Electronics she was an inventor of U.S. Patent 6,896,339. She gives back to her community as a board member of the Brevard Bar Foundation and a member of the Junior League of South Brevard, Parent Teacher Organization, and a Justice Teaching volunteer.
