Kelly DiCorrado Available Now

Kelly L. DiCorrado (formerly Vasta), a founding member of Infinity Law Group, PLC, represents her clients in the seven cities of Southside Hampton Roads and beyond, including Northampton and Accomack County and Williamsburg/James County, Virginia. She focuses her practice in the areas of criminal defense, traffic, juvenile criminal defense, family law and insurance civil defense. Ms. DiCorrado is a kind, compassionate and caring individual who stands up for those without a voice. As a trial lawyer, Ms. DiCorrado employs lifelong advocacy skills to zealously represent her clients in the courtroom and through all stages of litigation. As an attorney, she is a born problem solver, taking on any size project and finding creative solutions for her clients. As a person, she has become a trusted counselor, guiding her clients through the most difficult of times and assisting clients in their future needs. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. DiCorrado spent over a decade working in the insurance defense industry in a variety of positions, but most notably as a litigation examiner in the claims department. This has given her first hand knowledge and a rich understanding of the personal injury process, which allows her to effectively and efficiently help defend her insurance defense clients. Before joining forces with her current partners, Tory Delpierre and Mary Morgan to form Infinity Law Group, PLC, an all woman owed business, she was a founding member of Nield, Delpierre & Vasta, PLC, and also previously employed as an associate attorney for Jon M. Babineau, PC in Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. DiCorrado also had the opportunity to intern at various locations including a private practice firm and Virginia Legal Aid Society during law school at Regent University School of Law.
