Keith A. Dias is an Attorney and Counselor at Law admitted to practice in before all NH Courts. Attorney Dias is focused largely on Family law matters and routinely handles cases involving divorce, parenting issues, child support, alimony, property division, paternity, adoption, guardianship and domestic violence. he also handles all probate matters. Attorney Dias uses the common-sense approach and makes every effort to cost-effectively resolve the matters he handles. Attorney Dias is an aggressive trial lawyer when the need arises. A life long resident of New Hampshire, Attorney Dias graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's degree in History. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. While at St. Thomas, Attorney Dias was elected as the President of the Student Government after serving a term as Senator. He also clerked with a Probate Judge in Broward County and was a certified legal intern with Miami Legal Aid, representing indigent clients in family law matters. Attorney Dias lives in Kingston with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys poker, cooking, traveling, serving as a member of the Town's Budget Committee and Boston sports teams.
