Kaveh Noorishad Available Now

Kaveh Noorishad focuses his practice on criminal and civil litigation, representing clients in Virginia state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He has defended cases ranging from minor traffic violations to serious felony charges, and he has handled civil matters involving multi-million-dollar claims of personal injury, professional liability, construction disputes, mold claims, and toxic torts. Mr. Noorishad earned his B.A. in International Affairs, with honors, from American University in 2001, followed by an M.B.A., summa cum laude, in 2003. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006, where he contributed to the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and published an article on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. His accomplishments have been recognized by numerous organizations. He has been named a Super Lawyer and Rising Star in Virginia, included in the Top 100 National Trial Attorneys and Top 40 Under 40, and honored by the American Institute of Criminal Attorneys and the American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys for client satisfaction. He maintains a 10.0 Superb AVVO rating in criminal defense, DUI/DWI, and speeding violations. His cases have drawn coverage from The Washington Post, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, and major local and national news outlets. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys football, basketball, and time with his wife and two children.
