M. Katherine "Kathy" Everette was born and raised in Mt. Juliet, TN. She earned her BS with honors from David Lipscomb University, and her law degree from the Nashville School of Law. She spent 15 years in banking with First American Bank and in 2002 Kathy opened her legal practice in Nashville, TN and has handled every style of case there is. She now focuses on divorce and family law cases in all Middle TN Counties and in Circuit, Chancery, Juvenile, and General Sessions Courts. Her finance and legal background make her uniquely qualified to understand the personal, legal and financial ramifications of a divorce.
