Katherine Dibble Available Now

Katie joined the Workers’ Compensation practice at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC in 2020. She focuses her practice on the representation of injured workers and their families in front of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. Prior to joining the firm, Katie spent six years representing employers and insurance carriers in civil litigation, including Workers’ Compensation cases. She also spent time working for a non-profit, representing low income individuals with various housing matters. Ms. Dibble received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law. After law school, Katie spent substantial time practicing Workers’ Compensation Law, handling all aspects of these cases. She is very grateful to have the opportunity to return to that practice and represent injured workers and the families of those who have suffered occupational diseases, including mesothelioma and lung cancer.
