Katelyn Bounds has dedicated her practice to workers' compensation litigation as well as short term and long term disability disputes. She has experience representing injured employees in mediation, administrative conferences, hearings before a Compensation Judge and the Minnesota Supreme Court. She also focuses a portion of her practice on representing employees in ERISA and non-ERISA private disability appeals.
