Justin McMullen Available Now

Justin McMullen serves the firm’s clients from our Cincinnati office, coming to Rolfes Henry after nearly a decade of experience navigating the Ohio trial and appellate court system. Justin has represented hundreds of clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases throughout the Miami Valley and in Greater Cincinnati, both in private practice and as court-appointed counsel. He has authored appellate briefs in both state and federal court. Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Justin helped injured Ohioans recover more than $1,000,000 for their injuries in motor vehicle liability, premises liability, dog bite, and other personal injury cases with a particular focus on soft tissue injuries. Justin is a tenacious attorney whose goal is to assist his clients in obtaining their best business-minded results. Justin has put his experience to use within the legal community as well. He is a prior member of the Greene County (Ohio) Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee and the Greene County (Ohio) Certified Grievance Committee. During his time on the Judiciary Committee, he served as an editor of the committee’s by-laws. Justin is originally from Greater Cincinnati, and attended Xavier University and graduated from the University Scholars Honors Program. Justin went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law where he focused on Advocacy and Dispute Resolution.
