Justin Butler Available Now

Justin is a partner in the law firm of Butler & Tomko, LLC which opened for business in October 2015. He focuses on representing corporate, municipal, homeowners'? associations on wide range of matters including formation, purchases/sales, general counsel duties and litigation. His other primary practices areas include general civil litigation, collections, personal injury and estate planning. Justin is committed to providing legal strategy that fits each client’s situation. Justin attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. He continued his education at the University of Missouri School of Law and completed internships at the Missouri Public Defenders’ Office & at the Missouri Secretary of State in the general counsel’s office. Upon graduation from law school, Justin moved to St. Louis and began working in a general practice law firm in the St. Louis suburb of Kirkwood. While there he gained invaluable experience learning from seasoned attorneys about how to practice law by not just solving the legal problem but actually helping them navigate the entire legal process. In 2006, Justin took a job as an associate attorney at Flynn & Davenport, LLC, the predecessor to Davenport, Tomko, & Butler, LLC. He and his wife moved to Lincoln County shortly thereafter to be closer to her family in Silex. He currently resides in rural Silex with his wife, daughter and son. They are active in sporting dog activities, hunting & fishing, boating, and recently opened an indoor horse riding arena. They are members of Troy First Baptist Church. He is an active volunteer in several civic organizations in Lincoln County including: Troy Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Troy Rotary, Troy Masonic Lodge, Ducks Unlimited, and Lincoln County Mizzou Alumni Association.
