Julia Kline Available Now

Attorney Julia Kline represents clients in all types of immigration matters including all types of USCIS visa applications including permanent resident visas (green cards), nonimmigrant visas, family-based visas, business and investor visas, U and T protective visas for victims of crimes and human trafficking under the Violence Against Women's Act, removal (deportation) defense, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Prior to founding Kline Immigration Law, Julia practiced immigration law exclusively at Diamondback Legal, a Phoenix-based immigration firm. Julia earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Julia is admitted in the federal and state courts in Massachusetts, Arizona and is registered with the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR).
