Joshua Frachtman Available Now

Joshua Frachtman joined Baker & Zimmerman in 2012, after spending the early part of his career defending a wide range of civil issues with a focus on personal injury litigation. With Baker & Zimmerman, Joshua has applied his knowledge of the techniques and strategies used by insurance companies when handling personal injury claims to achieve the best possible result for his clients who have suffered an injury. Joshua also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, civil rights, employment law, and insurance coverage matters. Joshua was born in Plantation, Florida, and grew up in Coral Springs and Parkland. After receiving his B.S. from the University of Florida, he returned to South Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University. Joshua lives in Boca Raton with his wife and son. He is thrilled to have returned to Parkland, where he represents clients in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect. personal injury litigation
