In this capacity, he managed various aspects of the firm, including marketing, client development, community outreach, public relations, and product implementation. During an earlier stage of his career, he contributed significantly as an associate attorney at a prestigious law firm based in Denver, Colorado specializing in mass tort litigation. While with this firm, he served as the lead attorney for various claims against Monsanto in Roundup products liability cases and also represented individuals with claims against pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. During his tenure the firm achieved favorable outcomes in complex legal matters, including opposition to broad discovery requests and the successful handling of single-plaintiff trials.
