Mr. Marra is a shareholder at Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. He has over 25 years of experience representing management in all types of employment litigation and provides advice on a wide-range of employment matters. His practice focuses on advocacy in private and public sector labor and employment law including claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, and wage/hour litigation in state and federal courts. A significant part of his practice is devoted to representing clients in matters related to union relationships and collective bargaining. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Marra was as an attorney at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). After graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law, Mr. Marra clerked at the Montana Supreme Court. He is a frequent and popular speaker for business associates and governmental organizations. Mr. Marra helps employers avoid legal risks by implementing proactive, preventative employment practices. He has received the Distinguished Citizen Award from the Washington Independent Busines Association and is admitted all state and federal courts in Washington and Montana.
