About Joseph Eisenstadt
Joseph Eisenstadt is a founding partner of Eisenstadt Law where he handles all types of criminal charges through the Superior, Municipal, and District Courts of Massachusetts. Prior to private practice, he worked as an Assistant Massachusetts Attorney General and Assistant Suffolk County District Attorney. In these capacities, he prosecuted white collar crimes, narcotics trafficking, fraud, organized conspiracies, environmental crimes, and other misdemeanors and felonies ranging from DUI to assault and battery, and more. He served as prosecutor to the Major Felony and Gang units where he handled serious violent crimes such as shootings and stabbings. He has years of experience handling all aspects of the criminal court process from hearings to arraignments, plea negotiations, and bench and jury trials. He earned his Juris Doctor at Emory University With Honors.
