Joseph DeGiusti Available Now

I was born in Norman and raised in Oklahoma City. I earned both my undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma, where I was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll. Before law school, I worked in the oil and gas industry, gaining experience in contract negotiation and land management. To help fund my education, I founded my own mineral company while in law school. I also interned with top trial attorneys and the Oklahoma Public Defender’s Office, developing a passion for litigation and client advocacy. In 2024, I co-founded DeGiusti & Welch PLLC with my uncle, Josh Welch. Our firm is built on the belief that quality matters more than quantity. We take on a limited number of cases so we can give each client the focus and effort they deserve. We don’t back down from a challenge — we fight hard, work smart, and deliver results.
