Jonathan Kurta Available Now

Jonathan Kurta serves as the managing partner of the law firm of Kurta Law. His practice focuses on all aspects in representing Claimants in FINRA securities arbitration. Mr. Kurta's experience includes securities arbitration and litigation in various dispute resolution forums including JAMS, NFA and FINRA and litigation in both State and Federal Courts. As lead counsel, Mr. Kurta has tried more than thirty cases to verdict before the state and federal trial and appellate courts, FINRA, AAA, and has settled hundreds more cases through mediation and direct negotiation. Mr. Kurta was named in the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars for eight straight years (an honor given to the top 2.5% of attorneys), ranked AV Preeminent by Martindale - Hubbell (the highest honor offered), and ranked by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 attorneys in the state of New York.
