John practices in the areas of tax and business law with an emphasis on business transactions, real estate, tax and estate planning. He counsels individuals, businesses and their owners in a wide range of transactions, including sales and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, medical practice agreements, estate and business succession and general tax matters. Licensed to practice in Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. Admitted to practice before U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Georgia and South Carolina, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals and all State Courts of Georgia.
