John “Lee” Hoffoss founded Lee Hoffoss Injury Lawyers, in 2010. He focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, and personal injury cases, including those involving the Jones Act and maritime law. He has successfully litigated cases ranging from 18-wheeler accidents, to wage and hour litigation, to faulty medical devices. Lee brings more than twenty years of legal experience to the table, and he utilizes his legal acumen to fight for his clients to ensure they receive the justice they deserve. In just one of many successful cases, Lee represented patients who had been injured in car accidents against hospitals that engaged in unlawful billing practices. He has been named a Young Lawyers Fellow by the ABA GP Solo Division, and received the President’s Award from the Louisiana Association for Justice in 2012. That same year he was selected for inclusion in the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys’ “Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer” list.
