John Biggiani Available Now

With more than 30 years of practice, John E. Biggiani, Esq. has extensive experience in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security and SSI Disability. A graduate of Villanova University and Southwestern Law School, Mr. Biggiani is admitted to practice in all state courts of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Biggiani is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and serves on the Executive Committee of the Workers Compensation Section. He has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers Compensation law Attorney. He has lectured in the areas of both Social Security and SSI Disability, having been a member of the distinguished faculty for the National Business Institutes seminar presented November 10, 2014 in Advanced Issues in Social Security Disability Claims.
