Besides legal work in the courtroom, Mr. Balenovich has published several scientific and legal articles in various publications. Mr. Balenovich has been a presenter and given speeches at legal seminars throughout the state. Mr. Balenovich is married and has 4 boys. He is a member of the Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral Catholic Church in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Balenovich is a board member for the Kanawha County Bar Association. He is an assistant soccer coach and enjoys spending time camping with his friends and family.
