Joel Hassell Available Now

I am a founding partner of Clear Creek Law, PC, formerly known as Huber Hassell. The firm underwent its name change following the retirement of my co-founder, Thomas Huber, in late 2024. My practice focuses on Estate Planning, Business Law, and Corporate Governance. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and hold an LLM in Wealth Management with a concentration in estate planning from Texas A&M University. I have been a licensed attorney since 1994, and my career spans more than three decades in the legal and corporate sectors, with a particular emphasis on technology and executive leadership. Before co-founding Huber Hassell, I served as CEO of Canoe Ventures, LLC, where I played a key role in delivering real-time dynamic ad insertion solutions for major cable networks. During my time there, I led significant technological advancements and built strong relationships with industry leaders such as ABC/Disney, NBC Universal, Fox, Paramount, A&E, AMC, and Warner Brothers Discovery. Additionally, I founded and led DigiForge, LLC, a technology firm that supported the U.S. cable industry and was later acquired by Tivo. My leadership was instrumental in the company’s growth and successful acquisition. Throughout my career, I have focused on managing and growing technology-driven enterprises. One of my notable achievements includes founding Intellocity USA, Inc., which I developed from a startup into a company that was sold for a substantial profit. My work has been recognized with honors such as an Emmy for Technology and Engineering and being named one of the 100 Power Players by CableFax.
