Jill Spevack Di Sciullo is an experienced, passionate, and trustworthy family law attorney who guides clients through all aspects of complex family law and domestic relations matters. With more than 20 years of experience, Jill offers a strategic approach to resolving disputes and works to achieve positive results through negotiation and advocacy. She is widely recognized for her compassion and commitment to seeking the best outcome for each client. Jill is an attorney in the Family Law practice at Morris James. She has extensive experience representing clients in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. She assists clients who have a variety of domestic issues relating to divorce, separation, pre-and postnuptial agreements, alimony/spousal support, child custody, marital property, adoptions, guardianship, child support cases, and artificial reproduction matters. Jill is a certified Family Court Mediator who assists families in resolving conflict. Her goal is to help parties reach a mutually beneficial resolution that meets the most important needs of each person. Jill also performs effective transactional work that includes reviewing and examining contracts, agreements, and legal transactions that are ancillary to domestic relations matters. Jill serves as the Pro Bono Coordinator at Morris James. She actively represents pro bono clients in family law and domestic relations matters. As a member of the Board of Directors for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, an organization that serves indigent residents in Delaware by providing quality, pro bono legal services, Jill has dedicated herself to ensuring that all members of our community have access to quality legal representation.
