Jill is a civil litigation attorney who focuses her practice on personal injury defense, transportation, products liability, and insurance defense. She also represents employers in wrongful discharge and discrimination matters. Jill is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by Best Lawyers for her work in products liability defense and commercial litigation. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jill was Montana’s Deputy Commissioner of Insurance and Securities where she oversaw Montana regulation of those industries, managed a state agency, and lobbied the legislature. In law school Jill was a member of the trial team and a UM law clinic clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson.
