Jesse Campbell Available Now

Jesse Campbell is a seventh generation Northeast Tennessean. After graduating from High School, Jesse attended East Tennessee State University before enlisting in the United States Army shortly after 9/11. After nearly a decade of service that took him around the world, including deployments to Iraq, Bosnia, and the Horn of Africa, Jesse left the Army and took advantage of the G.I. Bill to complete a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Tusculum University, followed by a Juris Doctor degree at Appalachian School of Law where he graduated with honors near the top of his class. Prior to joining Tahinci Law, Jesse focused his practice on representing plaintiffs who suffered serious personal injuries in car wrecks, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and defective products in State and Federal Courts across Northeast Tennessee. Jesse has also represented clients nationwide in Federal Courts for claims against the makers of defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Jesse has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements for his personal injury clients. In addition to his litigation work, Jesse has extensive experience representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Jesse is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and the Washington County Bar Association of which he is a Past President. Outside of the office Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing golf, and watching college football.
