Jenna Richards Available Now

Jenna Richards is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with a strong commitment to advocating for individuals navigating the criminal justice system. She has extensive experience handling a wide range of cases, from minor violations and misdemeanors to complex felonies and Measure 11 charges. Before joining Gilroy Napoli Short, Jenna served as a criminal defense attorney in Washington County, where she managed both court-appointed and private cases and worked on the county’s Early Case Resolution (ECR) docket. Her substantial courtroom experience spans criminal courts throughout Oregon, and she approaches each case with compassion and collaboration, always striving to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. Jenna earned her Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Law & Society from Pacific University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. During her academic career, Jenna volunteered and interned with the Washington County Juvenile Department, the Metropolitan Public Defender’s Office, and the Oregon Innocence Project, gaining valuable experience and insight into the justice system. Outside of her legal work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. Originally from the Bay Area, she loves visiting her hometown and cheering on her favorite local sports teams, especially the San Jose Sharks.
