Jeffrey Cadwell Available Now

Jeffrey B. Cadwell is an attorney at the central Indiana law firm of Barnes Cadwell. His legal practice is focused on creditors’ rights, business organizations, contracts, estate planning, probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, and real estate law. Mr. Jeffrey Cadwell concentrates his practice on matters related to creditors’ rights and estate planning and probate. Mr. Cadwell has tried over fifty cases, planned hundreds of estates, and collected hundreds of unpaid debts for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Cadwell graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1979, and has been in private practice for more than 30 years since graduating from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, in 1982 at the age of 24. Mr. Cadwell is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Commercial and Bankruptcy Law, and Estate Planning and Administration Sections). He is admitted to practice law in all Indiana state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
