Jayson Gilbert Available Now

Jayson R. Gilbert is the founder and lead attorney at Gilbert Legal Services LLC. He practices primarily in the areas of trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, guardianships, and Medicaid planning and applications. He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Jayson is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, probate trust and real property, and the elder law sections. Jayson received his bachelor’s in organizational leadership from the University of Indianapolis. He received his JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Throughout undergraduate and law school he worked as a paralegal for attorney Lawrence D. Frutkin. After graduating from law school, Jayson founded Gilbert Legal Services to help clients find the peace of mind they deserve.
