Javier Spyker Available Now

I am Javier D. Spyker, an attorney with a focus on estate planning, probate, and trust matters. I am recognized for my knowledge in trust and estate matters and my steadfast commitment to ensuring access to justice. From 2021 to 2022, I served as an Adjunct Professor of Wills and Trusts at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. More recently, I returned to Willamette University College of Law to teach Wills and Trusts as an Adjunct Professor. My passion extends beyond the courtroom to fostering community engagement and civic participation. I have served on the Diversity and Inclusion Board of the Oregon State Bar, where I contributed to initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and equitable legal profession. Additionally, I have held leadership roles on the executive boards of various nonprofits and civic organizations, including Habitat for Humanity. I formerly served as Chair of the Board for the Washington County Law Library, reflecting my ongoing dedication to advancing legal education and improving access to resources for the broader community.
